Odyssey Private Equity is pleased to announce that the sale of Sushi Sushi to Japanese based Genki Global Dining Concepts has completed.
Over the past seven years, Sushi Sushi has transformed from a VIC -centric business to a diversified national group operating from 180 locations in Australia, with master franchise partners operating in NZ and Saudi Arabia. Underpinning the growth trajectory was a targeted program of greenfield site expansion and strategic acquisitions.
